A career in the culinary arts is an awesome vocation. Our Chef Academy, lead by our Executive Chef; aims to enrich our team skills and knowledge by developing a strong heritage of quality teaching and fostering a culture of culinary excellence.

The Chef Academy is an enjoyable forum in which staff learn and enrich their working experience by knowing more about food, production skills and culinary trends.

A custom made culinary course was developed in house to cater for a diverse and wide degree of skills that suit the needs of our line cooks and chefs, whilst various visual study aids and DVDs from the eminent Culinary Institute of America are used to support the program.
