The chef and line cooks working in Abela & Co mirror the diverse
multiculturalism of the clients we serve. This diversity is evident
in the range and capacity of food served. To foster the spirit of
creativity and in recognition of the company culinary talents, we
organize an annual internal culinary competition in which we invite
teams from all kitchens to participate. As a company, this is our
culinary salute to the many hundreds in the Abela & Co culinary
